1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the q987 platform ("q987", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://q987.cam ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports wagering and any associated promotional or loyalty programmes.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on q987, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Proof of age will be required as part of the KYC process.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative or beneficiary of any third party.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering an account on q987, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide a valid email address or phone number, a password of your own choosing and any additional information requested during the registration or KYC process. q987 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify q987 support of any unauthorised access.
• q987 will never request your password by email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You should use a strong, unique password and consider enabling any two-factor authentication options available on the Platform.

4.3 Account Currency

The Platform's account currency is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals and wager amounts are denominated and displayed in PKR. Users should be aware that where payment methods involve currency conversion, exchange rates and associated fees may apply as determined by the relevant payment provider.

5 Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your q987 account are processed through payment methods made available by the operator. The availability of specific payment options — including familiar Pakistani payment references such as mobile wallets and bank transfers — varies by region, operator policy and the rules of the relevant payment provider. q987 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed the required KYC verification process.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, multi-accounting, collusion or any other strategy that q987 determines to be abusive will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• q987 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any Promotional Offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to users in accordance with the applicable offer terms.
• Where a maximum cash-out limit applies to a bonus, any winnings exceeding that limit will be removed upon withdrawal. Users are advised to check the applicable cap before accepting any offer.
• All PKR amounts cited in any bonus offer (e.g., PKR 1,000 minimum deposit, PKR 25,000 bonus cap) are specific to the relevant published offer and should not be relied upon as standing commitments.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a wagering requirement applies, the User must complete the stated turnover of their bonus balance before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 8 Betting Rules & Wager Settlement

All wagers placed on q987 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game or event market. General betting rules applicable across all products are set out below.

8.1 General Wager Rules

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified or reversed by the User after confirmation, except where specific early cash-out or bet-edit features are explicitly available for that market.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are those that apply to the wager, subject to any "Odds Change" settings configured in the User's account preferences.
• In the event of a palpable error in the published odds — including but not limited to manifestly incorrect pricing caused by technical failure — q987 reserves the right to void affected wagers at its reasonable discretion.
• Cricket markets (including PSL, ICC events, bilateral series and domestic competitions) are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Where an official result is not declared, markets may be settled as void or suspended pending official determination.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Any wagers accepted prior to a relevant event occurrence will be settled in accordance with the recorded event data, not any subsequent correction.

8.2 Maximum Win Limits

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on q987. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation — Providing false identity information, impersonating another person or using fraudulent payment instruments.
• Money Laundering — Using the Platform to deposit, layer or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity, in violation of AML obligations.
• Multi-Accounting — Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

• Chargebacks — Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment dispute against the operator in bad faith.
• Platform Interference — Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the Platform.

10 KYC & Identity Verification

q987 is required to verify the identity, age and source of funds of its users in accordance with applicable AML and KYC obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, at any point during the account lifecycle or prior to processing withdrawal requests.

• Standard KYC documentation for Pakistani users typically includes a valid CNIC or passport, and may extend to proof of address or source-of-funds evidence for higher transaction tiers.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, AML concerns or use of the Platform in violation of applicable law.
• Account inactivity — where an account has not been logged into for a continuous period as specified in the operator's current inactive account policy; applicable fees may apply after the specified period.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the User, q987 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and associated winnings. Real-money deposits may be returned after any applicable deductions, subject to the outcome of any investigation and applicable legal requirements.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q987 and its affiliated entities, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including sports betting losses or casino losses.
• Interruption of service caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure or third-party system outages.
• Errors in odds display or game malfunctions, subject to the void-bet provisions in Section 8.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. q987's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 90 days preceding the claim.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the q987 Platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, software, data feeds and interfaces — is the intellectual property of q987 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from q987 is strictly prohibited.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q987 holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users agree to contact q987 support in writing to seek an informal resolution of the dispute. q987 will endeavour to respond to formal written complaints within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 10 business days of receipt.

16 Amendments to These Terms

q987 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users by email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where practically possible. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the process described in Section 12.
